Chad Boeckmann has over 20 years of information security and regulatory compliance experience. He founded Secure Digital Solutions (SDS) in 2005 with a vision to provide clients vendor neutral information security services aligned with business goals and objectives. Chad has pioneered SDS’s Maturity Assessment, Profile, and Plan model, a methodology that unites IT leaders, executives, and boards around common cyber risk strategies. Chad took the next step to lead development of TrustMAPP, a groundbreaking SaaS that automates information security program performance management and security program roadmap building.
Chad is a credentialed and experienced security practitioner with business and marketing acumen. He speaks at national conferences on the topic of driving improvement to security posture while aligning with business outcomes. Chad has been quoted in CSO Online, InformationWeek, SearchITChannel
and other domestic and international publications as well as participated in global podcasts on the subject of security leadership and strategy.
Malcolm Harkins, Director
Malcolm Harkins is currently an independent board member and advisor to organizations. He is also an executive coach to CISOs and others in a wide variety of information risk roles.
Malcolm was also previously Vice President and Chief Security and Privacy Officer (CSPO) at Intel Corporation. In that role Malcolm was responsible for managing the risk, controls, privacy, security, and other related compliance activities for all of Intel’s information assets, products, and services.
Before becoming Intel’s first CSPO he was the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) reporting into the Chief Information Officer. Malcolm also held roles in Finance, Procurement, and various business operations. He has managed IT benchmarking and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance initiatives. Harkins acted as the profit and loss manager for the Flash Product Group at Intel; was the general manager of Enterprise Capabilities, responsible for the delivery and support of Intel’s Finance and HR systems; and worked in an Intel business venture focusing on e-commerce hosting.
David Bayer, Director
David Bayer brings to the board a thirty year career in the software industry, first as a product manager at Hewlett Packard for system software, then as an investment banker and portfolio manager with an extensive track record of market beating investing in growth stocks with an emphasis on software technology. He grew the IDS Strategy Aggressive fund from $800 million to over $1.5 billion in 3 years and co-managed over $2 billion in trust advisor accounts in a mid-cap growth style (Growth Spectrum Advisors). His investment work was recognized by CNBC where he appeared multiple times and also by his peers, appearing on the Hambrecht and Quist “View from the Buy Side Panel” twice. He also has raised funds and taken companies public as an investment banker at Montgomery Securities, alone with providing Mergers and Acquisitions strategy consulting. David received his Bachelor of Science from Stanford University and his MBA from The Wharton School.

O’Dell is a degreed engineer, former patent holder, an active member of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), and provides leadership in business strategy, financial planning, and development of strong corporate cultures. He currently serves on the board of several high-potential entrepreneurial companies such as Secure Digital Solutions, SynerFuse, and Nurse Health Group.
